Is there a minimum order?
No. We build single executive gifts and company-wide sends alike. Some custom packaging, specialty components and volume pricing do carry supplier or production minimums — we'll tell you when a specific customization needs a certain quantity.
How long does an order take?
For orders of 15 or more, plan on roughly 7–10 business days from payment. It depends on the gift, inventory and how much customization is involved, so we confirm the real date in your quote rather than promising one here. We don't offer rush service.
How quickly will you respond?
Corporate inquiries are usually answered within an hour during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Central. Once we have your headcount, budget and date, you'll normally have a proposal within one business day.
Can you add our logo and branding?
Yes. Your logo on the message card is included, along with design help. From there we offer printed ribbon, logoed box wrap, custom cards and inserts, engraved keepsakes, and sublimated and DTF-printed items. Engraving, ribbon printing, sublimation, DTF printing, cards and inserts, packaging design and gift assembly are all performed in-house.
Can we include our own items?
Yes, with no insertion fee — swag, literature, cards, products. We check everything that comes in and may decline items that are unsafe, restricted, oversized, perishable or otherwise unsuitable for the gift.
Can you ship to many addresses?
Yes — one shipment to your office, or an individual package to every recipient, anywhere in the United States, with tracking on each one. You provide the recipient list on our template; we don't validate addresses, so the list needs to be complete and correct.
How does payment work?
Bulk orders are paid in full before we purchase materials and begin production. We accept credit card, ACH, company check and PayPal; work that depends on a check begins once it clears. For projects of $10,000 or more, installments can be arranged under a purchase order or written agreement — the first payment covers materials, and the balance is due as each release is ready to ship. We supply a W-9 and accept valid tax-exemption certificates.
What if something isn't right?
If we made a mistake, we correct it or replace it. That guarantee covers our work — it doesn't extend to address errors on a supplied list, carrier delays, designs you approved, or normal variation in perishable products. If a product becomes unavailable, we substitute something comparable of equal or greater value.
