2. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM (CST) are eligible for same-day local delivery. Shipping orders received by 11:00 AM are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and company checks for bulk or corporate orders.

4. Credit Card Declines

If a credit card is declined during the order process, the customer will be notified via email. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully processed.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for orders delivered within Texas in accordance with state regulations. Customers outside of Texas are responsible for complying with their local tax obligations.

6. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by phone. We do not accept order cancellations via email.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit quantities, and may require additional verification before processing.

8. Substitutions and Inventory

During warmer months, temperature-sensitive items such as chocolate may be substituted with non-melting alternatives. We accommodate allergy-related substitutions and reserve the right to replace out-of-stock items with products of equal or greater value.

9. Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed with an incorrect price or error in description. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

• Shipping: local delivery is available at no charge in designated areas. Free shipping is offered on select baskets and arrangements. Flat-rate shipping applies to all other orders.
• Returns: we accept returns of shelf-stable items — whether defective or non-defective — within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Perishable items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued, excluding shipping and handling charges.
