Bulk orders are paid in full before we buy materials and start production. For most orders of 15 or more, plan on roughly 7–10 business days from payment — we confirm the actual date in your quote.

We ship and you get tracking.
One destination, a yard, or a full crew list of individual home addresses across the Permian Basin, every package tracked. We plan toward your requested arrival date; carrier transit itself isn’t something anyone can guarantee, and we pack with the extra travel time and handling in mind. Shipping is handled within your project quote.

What is the minimum order for Midland corporate gifts?
There is no overall order minimum. We build single executive gifts and orders of several hundred alike. Certain custom packaging, specialized components and volume pricing can carry supplier or production minimums, and we'll tell you when a specific customization needs a certain quantity.
How long does a Midland corporate gift order take?

How much can we actually customize?
Nearly every presentation element. The container, the contents, the ribbon, the wrap, the card, the engraving, the box. Because our laser engravers, printers, and packing line are ours, we build to your spec rather than picking from a catalog of preset options.
Can you process tax-exempt orders and provide a W-9?
Yes to both, with the correct documentation on file. We also accept company checks for bulk and corporate orders.
