Our crew works a rotation. How does that work?
Tell us total headcount rather than who is on site that week, and we build to the total. If you would rather not manage distribution across hitches at all, we can ship individually to home addresses so every person gets theirs regardless of schedule.
Can you deliver to a remote site?
Yes. A yard, a field office, a lease road with a gate code — tell us the access details and who will be there to sign. We also ship to individual addresses anywhere in the US mainland if that is simpler, with shipping priced for your project.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. Everything we build for field crews is shelf stable and does not need a plate, a fork or a break room. It survives a truck bed and a locker.
Do you do safety milestone recognition?
Yes, and it is one of the most repeatable orders in this sector. We engrave the number, the crew name and the date on keepsake pieces and pair them with something the crew actually eats. HSE budgets tend to be annual and predictable, which makes this easy to plan.
Headcount changes between quote and delivery. Is that a problem?
No, and we expect it. Tell us as soon as you know and we adjust. We usually recommend building in a small overage so a late add does not leave somebody empty handed — that is cheaper than a rush reorder.
Can you ship to hundreds of individual addresses?
Yes. Send the list and we pack, label and ship each one separately with tracking. Shipping is planned and priced for your project. This is the part most operators are actually hiring us for.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. Logo on the message card is free, plus custom-printed ribbon, logoed box wrap, sticker labeling and in-house laser engraving on boards, drinkware and keepsakes.
Do you handle contractor and vendor gifting too?
Yes. Worth flagging one thing: many operators and service companies have supply-chain gift policies with tighter limits than the rest of the business. Tell us the threshold and we build under it rather than putting a purchasing manager in an awkward position.
Can you process tax-exempt orders and provide a W-9?
Yes to both, with the correct documentation on file. We can provide a W-9 for vendor onboarding and accept company checks alongside major credit cards.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Most orders of thirty or fewer finish within a day or two. Turnarounds end when they end, so short notice is normal here and we plan for it rather than penalizing it. Larger runs get a scheduled completion date.
