Does the $20 federal gift limit apply to us?
Only if the recipient is a federal employee. The $20 per occasion and $50 per source per year limits in the federal ethics rules govern executive branch employees. Employees of a defense contractor are private-sector employees and are governed by their own company's code of conduct instead, which typically sets a materially higher threshold. Tell us which situation you are in.
Can you build to our internal policy limit?
Yes, and it is the normal request here. Give us the per-person number your code of conduct sets and we build under it, then state the per-recipient value plainly on the invoice so nobody has to estimate it later.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not for this. Cash, cash equivalents and open-loop prepaid cards are prohibited under essentially every code in this industry. Everything we build is a physical gift, which removes the question.
We are supply chain. Our limits are tighter. Can you work in that?
Yes, and we would rather you told us up front. Procurement and supply-chain personnel are commonly held to a much lower annual limit than the rest of the company, for good reason. Give us that number and we build to it rather than putting someone in a position of having to decline a delivery.
Can you handle a shift-wide safety milestone?
Yes. We build for total headcount across all shifts rather than for whoever is on the floor at delivery, and we can schedule the drop to a shift-change window so second and third shift are not picking through leftovers.
Do you do service anniversary tiers?
Yes, and with a long-tenure workforce it is the most predictable annual order there is. Five, ten, twenty, thirty year tiers at different price points, engraved with the year and the name, built once and repeated each cycle.
Can you engrave the program name or tail number?
Yes. Laser engraving is done in our own shop, so program names, dates, tail numbers and crew names are part of the normal build rather than a subcontracted special order.
Can you deliver on site?
Yes. We are in Weatherford, about thirty minutes west of the Fort Worth plants, so local delivery across Tarrant and Parker County is straightforward. Tell us the dock, the badge requirements and who signs for it.
Can you process tax-exempt orders and provide a W-9?
Yes to both, with the correct documentation on file. We can provide a W-9 for supplier onboarding and accept company checks alongside major credit cards.
Are you giving us ethics advice?
No. We are a gift company that has read the rules our customers work under, which puts us ahead of most gift companies, but your ethics office owns the call. Give us the number and the category and we will build to it and document it clearly.
