Your Team Is Not In One Building Anymore

Half in Austin, a handful in Dallas, the rest scattered across six states and two time zones. Swag vendors are built for a supply closet at headquarters. The hard part is not the gift — it is getting the same thing to a hundred and forty doorsteps in the same week, and that is the part we do.

Texas Is The Whole Point

If your company moved here, or your team is spread across the country and headquarters is in Austin, a box of Texas food does something a branded hoodie cannot. It says where you are from.

  • Sauces, snacks, sweets and coffee from Texas makers
  • Recognizable names, not white-label filler
  • Something a remote hire actually opens on camera

What our Customers are saying

★★★★★

“Texas Gift Baskets was incredible! We used them for corporate gifting at an event, and the process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was professional, the crates were beautifully presented, and our guests were impressed. They went above and beyond we’d gladly work with them again. Five stars!”

- Tiffany Smith (Sep 2025)

★★★★★

Kevin helped me order 16+ baskets for a work event. He was very communicative, made sure everything arrived on time and was very thoughtful. It was wonderful!

- Abby (June 2024)

★★★★★

Kevin was great to deal with, very responsive and shipped to multiple locations for me. I ordered these as gifts for colleagues that live all over the country to give them a taste of Texas and they loved them!!

Tech & Startup Gifting FAQs

Can you ship to remote employees' home addresses?

Yes, and it is most of what we do for tech teams. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we pack, label and ship each one individually with tracking. Free shipping to the US mainland. Nobody on your team has to run a mailroom.

Can we set up a standing onboarding program?

Yes. We build the welcome box once, agree the spec and the price, and then you send us a name and an address whenever someone starts. No re-quoting each hire.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One new hire is a real order. Volume pricing kicks in as the numbers grow, but there is no floor and no five-hundred-unit minimum on branding the way there is with most swag vendors.

How fast can you turn something around?

Most orders of thirty or fewer are finished within a day or two. Launches slip and offsites get moved, so short notice is normal here. Larger runs get a scheduled completion date.

Can you add our logo without it looking like swag?

Yes, and we usually recommend restraint. Logo on the message card is free; beyond that we do custom-printed ribbon, logoed box wrap and in-house laser engraving on keepsakes. A mark on the ribbon reads better than a logo on every item.

What about international team members?

Free shipping covers the US mainland. We can quote outside it, but food shipments across borders get complicated fast — for international staff we usually suggest a non-food keepsake instead and we will tell you that rather than sell you a customs problem.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Yes. Allergen labeling on everything, and we can build alternate versions for specific recipients on a list. Tell us who needs what and we flag those boxes in production.

Are these taxable to employees like gift cards are?

Gift cards are cash equivalents and the IRS treats them as taxable wages regardless of amount, which means payroll has to process them. A physical gift of low value is generally treated as de minimis instead. Your finance team should confirm it, but it is the most common reason companies move off cards.

Can you invoice us rather than take a card?

Yes. We accept company checks alongside major credit cards and PayPal, and can provide a W-9 for your vendor onboarding.

Do you do customer and design-partner gifts too?

Yes. Beta customers, design partners, the champion who pushed you through procurement — same build, usually a higher price point and a handwritten card. Worth checking your customer's own gift policy first; some enterprises have strict limits.
