Contractor Gifting FAQs

Can you deliver to a jobsite?

Yes. Jobsite trailer, the shop, a superintendent's truck, or individual home addresses for the crew. Tell us where it needs to land and when somebody will be there to take it.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One gift for one homeowner is a real order. Larger crew orders get volume pricing, but there is no floor to get started.

How fast can you turn an order around?

Most orders of thirty or fewer are finished within a day or two. Jobs finish when they finish, so short notice is normal and we work to it rather than complaining about it.

Can everyone on the crew get the same thing?

Yes, and we recommend it. Identical gifts across a crew avoid the comparison problem an assorted mix creates. We also keep everything shelf stable so nothing has to be refrigerated on site.

Can you put our company logo on it?

Yes. Logo on the message card is free. Beyond that we do custom-printed ribbon, logoed box wrap, sticker labeling, branded bows, and in-house laser engraving on boards, drinkware and keepsakes.

Do you do safety milestone recognition?

Yes, and it is one of the most repeatable orders we take. Days without a recordable, VPP recertification, or a full year clean — engraved recognition pieces alongside something the crew actually eats.

What about gifting subs and suppliers?

Very common, particularly at year end. One note worth knowing: the IRS business gift deduction is capped at $25 per recipient per year, though engraving, packaging and shipping are treated as incidental and do not count against it. Most contractors spend past the cap and treat the rest as marketing. Confirm with your CPA.

Can you ship to fifty different addresses?

Yes. Send us the list and we handle the whole thing — individual packing, individual labels, tracking on each one, free shipping to the US mainland. That is the part most people are actually paying us for.

How do we pay?

Company check, major credit cards, or PayPal. We can provide a W-9 for your vendor setup and process tax-exempt orders with the correct documentation on file.
